Network Hardware Resale Adds Investment Banker Jamie Greenwald to its Corporate Board of Directors
Financial Industry Veteran Brings Vast International Experience as NHR Continues its Worldwide Expansion
Santa Barbara, Calif. - November 14, 2006 - Network Hardware Resale (NHR), the leading provider of pre-owned and new networking equipment, has announced the addition of financial industry veteran Jamie Greenwald to its Board of Directors.
Greenwald joins the board following a successful and diversified 19-year career in investment banking, including a decade-long career as a managing director in the Institutional Equity Division of Morgan Stanley. In that role, he led an international team in solving commercial and investment problems for corporations, insurance companies, pension funds and investment managers around the world. Most recently, Greenwald served as manager of the company’s product innovation team. In that capacity, he spearheaded certain internal and external firm investments in the financial software and internet arena while seeking cutting-edge new businesses and directing the division’s product development and distribution strategy. He also managed the company’s Financing Products Group. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Greenwald was a managing director at Merrill Lynch as well as a vice president at Bankers Trust Company in New York.
